Does it search Gmail too?

Not yet. Today it connects Google Drive, Slack, Notion and Figma. Gmail is the most-requested addition.

Who can see my files?

Only people signed in to your AgencyBrain workspace. File text is stored on our server to make search fast and is deleted when you disconnect Drive.

Drive's own search finds files whose names you remember. AgencyBrain reads the files - Docs, Sheets and Slides in full, everything else by name, type and folder - and answers in a sentence, linking the exact file under each claim.

What gets read

Google Docs and Slides as text, Sheets as tables, plain-text and Markdown files. PDFs, images, design files and video are indexed by name, type and folder path, which is what you need when the question is "where is the final logo".

Shared drives included

Map a folder or a whole shared drive to a client. Sub-folders are included, and changes are picked up on the next sync - every six hours, or whenever you press Sync.

Read-only, always

AgencyBrain asks Google for read-only access. It never edits, moves or shares a file, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time.
